All Cellnet brand products are covered by a limited warranty against defective workmanship or materials for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase by the customer.
All warranties cover defective or faulty workmanship or manufacture only and do not cover any product or part thereof which has suffered though normal wear and tear, alteration, physical abuse, misuse, water ingress or neglect. All warranty replacement products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or for three months, whichever is the longer.
In addition to the consumer’s rights under the relevant legislation, Cellnet also guarantees to repair or replace any Cellnet branded product that is proven faulty and is within the warranty conditions described above. Replacement items may vary in size, shape or colour but must be able to perform all of the previous models functions to the same or better standard or Cellnet will credit the original products purchase price.
All repaired or replaced product are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or by a three month period, whichever is the greater.
Proof of purchase by the end user must accompany all claims.
